I had an amazing experience! The trip was perfectly organized, and full of unforgettable moments.
Just finished a 2-week car rental with Nomad Quest Safaris (May 26th - June 7th) and had a really solid experience. We had a Toyota Landcruiser TX KDD 010H with rooftop tent for camping.
The car was in great shape when we picked it up and stayed reliable the entire time we had it.
Diana was super responsive whenever we reached out, but what really impressed us was when we had a minor issue Diana immediately arranged for a mechanic to come out to us. The whole thing was sorted quickly and we were back on the road in no time.
Would definitely rent from them again and recommend to anyone looking for reliable 4x4 car rental in Nairobi.

Unsafe, unprofessional and dishonest.
Our experience with this car rental company was nothing short of a disaster, and I strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere. This company is not only highly unprofessional but dangerously negligent and in our view, bordering on fraudulent.
We have rented vehicles in multiple African countries under various conditions (Tanzania, Ghana, Namibia, Botswana, South Africa) and are well aware of what’s realistic to expect. But this was, by far, the worst experience we’ve ever had. Never rent from this company. The car broke down completely while driving: no steering, brakes, or acceleration, putting us in real danger. It was in terrible condition, badly maintained, and nothing like advertised. The steering was dangerously misaligned and ignored despite early reporting. Key safety features like wipers, trunk lock, and mirrors didn’t work. The engine kept running even after removing the key, making it useless for safaris. We weren’t allowed to test the car properly before departure: just a quick walk-around.
This company should not be in business.
